It has been a slow rise to fame for Cate on all media sites but Instagram has been her most fruitful. You have to get engaged with other users, like their posts, follow them, comment. It’s the only way to draw attention to your own account.

Cate saying she’s a TV star and a media personality looks legit on Instagram. This is the difference between this social media and Youtube and Facebook for example.
